I phone the call centre to book for my learners license. i still dont have my learners due to the corrupt service at the call centre and Langlaagte testing station. I was suppose to write the 1st October 2007 last year but because of the strike I got a message that the service centre will call me back but never did because I had to phone all the time and get another date for my booking. I got a date to go and write on a Saterday and no one pitched up at the station for us to write as the consultant told me that it was the last day for me write. They dont want to pay my money back. All I want is better service and want to be refunded for the booking I made. My work was effected in the process because I had to take some days of to solve the problem but still have no learners license and therefore there is a lot of corruption because people go there and get the license in a corrupt way.

73   Jomo Duma   My wife had to pay R2500 to obtain her drivers licence. We agreed cause we were told by the Driving School Instructor that it was the only way. We had to choose to be morally correct or a license.
