I phone the call centre to book for my learners license. i still dont have my learners due to the corrupt service at the call centre and Langlaagte testing station. I was suppose to write the 1st October 2007 last year but because of the strike I got a message that the service centre will call me back but never did because I had to phone all the time and get another date for my booking. I got a date to go and write on a Saterday and no one pitched up at the station for us to write as the consultant told me that it was the last day for me write. They dont want to pay my money back. All I want is better service and want to be refunded for the booking I made. My work was effected in the process because I had to take some days of to solve the problem but still have no learners license and therefore there is a lot of corruption because people go there and get the license in a corrupt way.

My wife had to pay R2500 to obtain her drivers licence. We agreed cause we were told by the Driving School Instructor that it was the only way. We had to choose to be morally correct or a license.

The unprofessionalism,arrogance and ignorance displayed is shocking.In the real world none of the employees from lanlaagte tesing would cut it,except maybe as a tea person.work ethic of the dark ages!

i still don't have my learners license,i took my test on the 7 Jan 2010 and they told me that i have passed then informed me to go to the counter to pay and they gave teh system error excuse.

I think Langlaagte testing station is full of corruption. I wrote my leaners licence on the 30 Dec 2009, I was told not to pay until Pretoria branch call me. Till today no one called & no licence

Why is it so difficult to have things done right. We seriously lack good service and you can never get your money refunded for lack of service! A little effort and our service standards will soar...

All I want is to convert to the photocard after being abroad for a few years, I still get the standard run around of wrong or non-existent people and numbers. For a world class city, this sure sucks..
