Ndlambe Municipality is failing its citizens. Our infrastructure is failing, our finances are in disarray, maladministration is common and our S57 directors are not performing.

We, the undersigned residents and ratepayers of Ndlambe, demand that the Premier of the Eastern Cape and the MEC for Local Government intervene in terms of S106 of the Municipal Systems Act and S136 of the Municipal Finance Management Act.
